It was both an honour and a delight to work along 80+ highly talented and creative cake decorators across the globe, for this worthwhile cause http://www.make-a-wish.org.uk …

we had to choose a move theme, mine was “A Christmas Carol” and I chose the mean miserly Scrooge to portray as my piece. As part of the fundraising, I did a mini tutorial on how I made him and more details on this and other fabulous tutorials, recipes etc can be found at this link below.
