I have been making and designing cakes for over 20 years.

Whilst at school I found her passion for decorating cakes, and following a number of years in catering I ventured into making miniature cakes, intricately iced and decorated in Royal icing. From there the requests for larger celebration and wedding cakes came in and I continued to grow by specialising in bespoke cakes, with no one design being the same.

More recently I have entered a number of competitions including Cake International, winning a number of Golds, and coming 2nd in the Shoes and Handbag class. Also entering Hotelympia, Salon Culinaire winning Gold with her Carousel horse in April 2014. Check out my Blog!
