I have followed a Professional Cake Decorating Diploma course for 03 years from 2009-2012 at R.L. Clement Cake Decorating School, Sri Lanka.
I have awarded Highly Commended Certificates, 1st place for cup-cake, Silver medal for plaque etc.
I, successfully completed the;
1. Wilton Method of Cake Decorating course;

— Gum Paste and Fondant course
— Flower and Cake Design course
and;
2. The PME Professional Diploma course (Masters Certificate).
