Like most people I started as a hobby baker but quickly fell in love with cake decorating. I finally took the plunge and went into business and haven't looked back since!

I still absolutely love everything about the cake world. I still get a thrill when a cake turns out of the tin perfectly, I will happily spend hours modelling beautiful flowers and animals and perfecting each and every cake. Most of all - nothing, but nothing, beats the thrill of handing the cake over to a customer and seeing the look on their face! Spreading happiness is a wonderful perk of the job.

I make novelty cakes for any occasion but love to specialise in elaborate and elegant wedding cakes.
