Food has always held a special place in my heart. But my focused has always been hot food. It's not until recently that I took a particular interest in Baking and cake decorating and I don't regret exploring new options. I find it to be very fun. I call it my happy place.

I am know as Vany. In the kitchen they call me ~Chef Vany~. I am an entrepreneur, and now working on building my cake decorating business. I have a degree in Culinary Arts from "Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts", and I recently took all 4 Wilton's decorating classes.
