I have always loved baking and I have recently gotten into decorating. I took my first wilton class about 2 years ago and I was hooked! For the past two years I have stuck to making cupcakes, cookies and cheesecake for friends and family. For the past year I have provided all the birthday cupcakes for the small company I work for (we currently have 13 employees). In January, one of my bosses requested a cake instead of cupcakes and there began my cake obsession. I started getting requests for cake orders and began charging for my cakes. I made my first fondant covered cake in March of 2012. I am so happy that I found this site!!! It has been a great help to me and it is a great resource for any newbie :-)
