I work fulltime and cake decorating is my creative outlet. One of my other hobbies is creating jewellery with Silver Metal Clay and I thought learning how to model in fondant would be beneficial and a lot less costly. Little did I know I would become addicted and it would take up all my spare time. I love creating iced sugar cookies as much as decorating cakes. I am a magazine and tool junky. The main recipents of my work are my relatives and co-workers. I sell cookies and cupcakes for charity events. The problem is I end up getting requests and I have to say no as I just dont have time.
