i started making cakes three years ago. I do some work with icing but prefer working with fondant. Fondant reminded me so much of playdoh. I use to play to playdoh for Anxiety, it was a great relief for me. That is when I decided why not make money at this but use fondant instead of playdoh, lol.
I was so glad I took on this new hobby. I absolutely put my heart and soul into making a cake. I take pride in my work, even the days humidity may affect my work.
I am a mom of three grown young men, ages 19-24. Married 25 years and finally found my passion in baking.
