Hello! My name is Jessie Sepko I was born in San Diego, CA. I am the oldest of four sisters all raised by our grandmother, Estella. In order to provide for us, Grandma worked long hours that didn’t leave much time for involvement in school events. When I was old enough to use the stove/oven unattended, under Grandma's tutelage, I became responsible for baking and making an assortment of treats for my sisters’ classmates as well as other school and church functions.

What started as a chore soon became an obsession and I began studying cake artistry and confectionery design via the internet and through books checked out from the local library. I’ve taken introductory Wilton classes and have been working on my techniques.

I believe a sweet treat can brighten even the darkest of moods and look forward to someday being proficient in cake artistry and confections. Right now, I design cakes for my immediate family and close friends. I'm still learning and hope to pick up ideas and methods that will help me cultivate my budding talent and allow me to begin cake decorating on a professional level.
