My sis and I made our first fondant cake on June 2010 we were almost 18 at that time. We loved it and it became our favorite hobby!!!!! Now we are totally obsessed with cakes!!!
We are "self taught" through the wonderful tutorials that people post on youtube, countless baking books, caking blogs, and many many asked questions to talented bakers, chefs and cake decorators.
We learn something new every time we make a cake, and thank God for the wonderful opportunities He's given us throughout our caking journey. One of our favorite parts of caking is when we see the joyful expression of our clients when they receive their cakes, that moment, for us, is what makes all our work,time and effort worthwhile.
