'Melys' is the Welsh word for 'Sweet'

I currently work full time for a Structural Engineering Company and make the cakes evenings and weekends as a 'hobby'.

I have completed the four year ABC Cake Decoration course at Llandrillo College. Every module of each year was passed with Distinction.

I have won a Gold Medal Award in the Welsh International Culinary Championships and Gold Medals in the 2012 and 2013 Cake International Show at the NEC Birmingham.

I have made some amazing cake friends in the short time I have been making my cakes.
