Hi,
I'm Rachel!
In June 2011 my fiance proposed to me, which started my lovely 8 months of wedding planning - including the decision to make our wedding cake myself. So, in order to practice, I offered to make a few birthday cakes for friends, which has ignited a real passion within me for baking.
I'm still learning techniques, but am teaching myself as I go along.
