I am a self taught and home based Baker & Cake Decorator specializing in customized fondant cakes.
Growing up in the Philippines I was mesmerized with the cakes that were created. Although made of icing, they were always decorated elaborately. I started to create cakes for my children, nieces and nephews birthdays so, they can have a one of the kind cake and memories as I did.
Baking and Cake decorating has been a creative outlet for me and I am happy to work with each individual person to create a memorable cake for a special event.
