I found cake design after retiring from a retail shop I owned for several years. I took a few classes with a local designer and really loved it. After a few months I enrolled at Bonnie Gordons College of Confectionary Arts and took their cake designer program. I am constantly learning and creating. I am working on obtaining a brick and mortar location to operate out of and in the meantime I rent a commercial kitchen for all of my cakes!
