I have a Business Administration Degree, but my passion is pastry. I have been decorating cakes for about 20 years, initially for my relatives and friends, and later for the public in general. I love to sculpt cakes. I studied at Accademia Gastronomica (Culinary Arts) in São Paulo, Brazil, and graduated in The French Pastry School in the city of Chicago, IL. as Cake Artist.
