I'm Ying. My cake journey started in 2009 when I made my first cake toppers for my two older girls and then a cake for my youngest.... and i was hooked. I can't really say I'm self-taught as I am so indebted to all you wonderful people who have so generously shared your recipes, inspiration, and know-how on forums such as these and elsewhere on the net... THANK YOU! Still learning and still loving it!
