Hello, i began cake decorating as a career 30 years ago, as soon as I left school. As the years passed, I learned all aspects including baking, buttercream, fondant and chocolate. I had my own business for about 15 years and for the last 12 years I have been teaching classes and travelling around to trade shows demonstrating.
I also signed a contract with Satin Ice fondant company, and am the Australian Ambassador for the company.
