My name is Emma Foster. I studied to be a chef when I first left school many years ago and learnt cake decorating as one of our subjects. I loved how creative you could be and enjoyed the preciseness and accuracy you needed to have to achieve a good finish. My enjoyment in cake decorating reflected in the results as I came top of my class. I then went on to work as a chef for a short while which I discovered was not for me ,then decided to change tact all together and went into Interior Design! After many years I have come back to my culinary roots and started up cake decorating again. I have only been doing it for the past 6 months and loving every minute of it. Still so much to learn but each cake I do I learn a new skill. I look forward to sharing more cakes with you all.
