Oh my God, Rosie! I literally have only now noticed this message. You can see I haven’t contributed and haven’t actually logged into my account in months! I’m SO embarrassed! My Mum has been terminally Ill since last September and my life has been just too busy and stressful to even think about adding cakes here. My name is Grainne Mac Clancy and I own A Cake For You School of Cake Decorating in Dublin. I’m sure you’re very familiar by now with my friend and Senior Tutor, Karen Keaney of Roses and Bows. A truly gifted lady. I generally run the school on my own and have had to work a lot harder this past year to keep everything going. Anyway, I am very lucky to have some very loyal and supportive followers who inspire me to keep going. I love what I do! The royal iced cakes I post here are ones I have done with Eddie Spence. I go to his Masterclasses to relax and enjoy some uninterrupted me time away from the stresses. I would be delighted to submit something for you to consider. The very thought makes me nervous!
