I started cake decorating only by chance, when i drove past a cake shop on myway to work one morning and noticed the beautiful cake displays. The next day i enrolled on a cake decorating course and was bitten by the Sugarcraft bug.
I went on to complete a 3 year City and Guilds in Surgarcraft and have been passionately creating cakes for the last 15 years. I am always being asked if i can teach people the skills of Sugarcraft and this year i will be dedicating myself to teaching people to make their very own beautiful creations.
