I started being interested in creating cake art approximately five years ago. I'm originally an artist, working with paint, watercolors, and pencil. My background in food is mainly watching and working with my mother in the kitchen. I started making cake more frequently after my husband and I got stationed in Yuma, AZ. My future plans include going back to college to study civil engineering, and opening a storefront that offers various baked goods and sweets.
