re: Desperate for help!!!!!

I just saw a tutorial on mycakeschool. You make your middle rossetes ahead of time and let them dry. Then pipe with a rose tip all the circles. Keeping as even as possible. When finished you attach the pre-made rossetes and attach in the middle of your circles/ruffles with icing. Don’t know if my explanation makes sense.
