I had someone last year open up a shop within a 30 mile radius – with the same name. I was beyond irate! I immediately secured 3 domain names. I never thought about it until then either. I have the same feelings you do Rachel, you are not crazy. Funny thing is, is that she didn’t last long..a fly by night caker! But at least I am covered and I am still around! :0)
