Sorry, also meant to say, another option is to donate the cake to a charity that can raffle it off and make some money, make someone else happy and be good pr for you too. I usually donate cakes made in classes I teach to a lical animal sanctuary who raffle them off and it’s a great feeling all round :) hope that helps
