Hi Beata! I just popped in to see if you had any more info on your project! I can’t wait to see some pictures. Modeling chocolate is very different than fondant or gumpaste. Once you have kneaded it properly, the heat from your hands will soften it enough to smooth it nicely. MC will even blend into itself with no seams – fondant and GP won’t do that! AS you work on your pieces, you may want to work on them and then pop them into the fridge for 10-15 minutes at a time. This will firm and harden your piece while in progress, but it you leave it too long you may have condensation issues to deal with (minor problems). Best of luck to you!!
