Hi Karen and thank you for replying 😊…. I have started looking at Zoe’s fancy cakes and like so many others she is truly amazing. I’ll order some Saracino modelling paste and see how it goes. Have yet to try the modelling chocolate too 😊. Thanks again 🙂
