Try this, it’s really good.

300 g flour
200 ml milk
200 ml yogurt
150 g sugar
100 ml sunflower oil (could be any other oil)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
10g baking powder

1. Mix oil, yogurt, sugar & vanilla – beat very well until white and fluffy
2. Add flour with baking powder and mix it until smooth
3. Add milk and beat it about 1 min – medium speed
4. Bake -375 F around 30-35-min, depending on your oven. This is for 9” round cake.
