Keep your chin up! Not everyone will be happy. I think the best thing to do is have faith in your work. If you feel you gave 100%, then graciously apologize and offer to give her a great deal on her next order. The cake couldn’t have been that bad, or she would have notified you immediately. And when this incident gets to you, think of ALL the other cakes you’ve made and had rave reviews :)
