Hey DJ,

I not sure if this is what you’re looking for, but the is the recipe converter that I use. http://www.fruitfromwashington.com/Recipes/scale/recipeconversions.php

I would do a recipe and 1/4 to do a 10” instead of a 9”. Mine is purely guess work so if anyone else has a better suggestion I would love to know too.
