Hi Stacy! I am brand new to the site , but it seems like a wonderful one…I also live in MI (Metro Detroit) and started decorating cakes for others just recently. I work full time (min 10 hrs a day) in management of a local hospital. I decorate on the weekends and would love to do only cakes, but I am too not sure it will provide me with the same income. It is scary! I am so glad to hear I am not the only one with the same thoughts! If someone figures out how to add extra hours to a 24 hr day, let me know :)!
