re: Buttercream Wilton roses in class?

If your Wilton instructor is anything like the one I had they won’t care if it’s royal or buttercream. It’s been a long time since I took those classes, but unless they’ve changed things, the technique for making roses is the same whether you’re using royal or BC. I had the hardest time figuring out those darned roses (I think part of it was my instructor) but then one day, when I wasn’t even decorating it just clicked with me.
