Hi, I have a “regular” job in addition to a cake shop in my back yard. We set up a 14×24 building because I was running out of space in my kitchen. Word of mouth will get you lots of business if people are pleased AND your cake tastes good! I’m making pretty good $$$. I don’t advertise and I get all I can handle and have to turn orders down frequently and I live in a fairly small town! Good luck.
