re: Stenciling

I Like to let my cake set up and crust in the fridge overnight, so that it is quite hard as I am stenciling I try to put it back in the fridge after ever section and get cold and hard again…This way I don’t mar the surface! It is Time consuming but it works! Good Luck! =)
