Thank you everyone <3 Karen, I understand your feelings completely and initially I was demoralised by the intense scrutiny, but my approach to cake had always been more artistic than technical. I know there were small irregularities, so I have no problem accepting a critique of those; it’s just that to me cake is so much more than accuracy, it’s spirit and art which didn’t seem reflected much in the assessment. I love your cakes! I’ve never been one to value finding fault with beauty <3
