That is a very different experience. I do think a lot of it comes down to luck on the day as well. I’ve heard other cake makers spend £1000 on a stall and get no orders compared to local fairs costing £50 and taking lots of orders.
I’m under no illusion that it’s a big risk but I’m hoping that I’ve nailed my stall and will be successful at future fairs too. Fingers crossed.
Try not to let it put you off attending future fairs because you’ve done all the hard work preparing. X
