This is very tasty but unfortunately hubby not crazy about banana cake or bread. Which is too bad because I love it and it would be a great way to use the over ripe bananas. I’m sure it’s the same in every home. If you only buy a few, everyone wants them and you run out. You buy a few more and no one eats them and they get brown.
