re: chocolate clay vs fondant???

Hi Kelly, it took me a few tries before I got it right, here’s the recipe that I use, 2 lbs. (1 kg) white chocolate (in any form, block, chunks or chips)
1 cup (236 ml) light (clear) Karo corn syrup
