Yes FlattCatt, same technique with the balls except those are not so tightly packed in. There is a great picture tutorial out by the person that maybe even invented this process… the balls are spaced out a bit but that is such a cool effect. That is what got me interested in doing this!! Love this effect! Same person does butterflies inside. The person is “Once Upon a Pedestal” where I got the original information from. She is a great website!!
