Very true Karen, we can never seem to get 100% perfect, with me there’s always a drama.
Thank you Ellie, jchuck and Christine, its very kind of you to say. I did actually put one dowel in the top tier hoping that would keep it straight and perpendicular, but somewhere along the way while ganaching, there was a sideways land slide that i only noticed after it was too late and far too much ganache to scrape off and start again, even the dowel inside the cake must have started to lean. Luckily the butterflies are disguising most of that along with some careful positioning for picture taking lol. Oh well..ill keep trying.
