Hi, I’m going to attempt making the spotted Cake for my Grand daughters 1st Birthday on 1-11-14. I’m having trouble understanding how to make the Madeira cake eg. how much flour and stuff, how many batches…etc. Can regular cake mix be used if I can’t figure it out?
