Thank you! I rolled out the fondant thin, cut it with rose petal cutters, then used my ball tool around the edges to give them the frill. It does take a lot of time (I will be honest!) but it does look so nice when they are done. just make sure you charge enough if you are playing on doing it, that is a BIG mistake I made :)
