Thanks Elli this board is just fondant but you can use 50/50 Gumpaste fondant I find straight gumpaste can dry too hard & can get a little cracking or dry appearance unless you steam it, mat works best by rolling out pate the lay mat roll over with rolling pin then cut it into panels and attach panel in alternating pattern then I take a brush with either grey, brown or black & go over it lightly to bring out the impressions….hope that helps
