Hi Shirley! You are correct, that is the Golden State Warriors logo on the magnolia cake. I was trying to make a Warriors cake, but just didn’t have the time, hence the color and the logo. I wanted to do a painted tier showing Stephen Curry and the birthday girl, who also played basketball in high school. I even baked a round cake for the basketball on top, but just did not have the time. I only had three days to make for cake for 100 people. Mike and I are eating the basketball – lol. Fortunately, I already had the magnolias that I had made just for practice.
