Thank you. @Sandra, the rose is not chocolate. It is a mix of fondant/gumpaste. Made it using Lisa’s tutorial without any tools. Love how I can get the petals really thin. It is shiny because I had just finished steaming it. It was done very last minute but I just had to decorate the cheesecake. Couldn’t help myself. lol
