re: Tool Review : Rolling Pins

My marble rolling pin and small Wilton rolling pin come in handy all the time. I generally use them for all the cakes. The small one for detailing and the larger one for rolling out larger pieces of fondant. I will invest in the plastic rolling pin. HMM? I have never given it a try. My new simple/basic too that I love is my bench scraper. I use it push icing further down my piping bags. This helps a lot with keeping the icing from coming up to the top of the bag. :) Plus being able to scrap the last of frosting out of the bowl. :) Thank you for sharing
