This is fantastic!!! I’m about to do a huge dragon one for my son’s birthday next month (double gulp) and even before I can begin I KNOW this is going to be a huuuuugggeee task!!!! Will be working for the first time with modelling chocolate (the detailing demands it) and with temp rising to 44 with killer humidity, have no idea how on earth am I going to pull it off!! :’( would be sooooooooo grateful if you could just give me a couple of tips pretty please
