At 8:30 this morning i phone my friends daughter to wish her a Happy Birthday. She told me she wasn’t happy because mummy hadn’t ordered a cake from me and mummy was going to buy a “Yucky cake from sainsbury’s” she also added that she loved her cake last year and it nearly made her cry. Well im a sucker for sob stories to after taking my own children to school i set to work on a cake for her. I had this ready an hour before her party which was at 3:30 so for 5 hours work i think it turned out pretty well. As for the birthday girl, the smile on her face was worth the rushing around :)

This cake was 4 layers of chocolate sponge with chocolate SMBC yummy!!
