Edible lace Wedding cake using my own sugarlace recipe

Made this for a lovely Indian Couple who were even more Kiwi than myself but wanted something that was reminiscent of Indian so we chose these 2 laces, the middle lace was made using my own recipe for lace which is being released soon as a tutorial
The topper is a handblown glass Maori Koru Heart, in the colours of her bridemaids dresses & the stunning backdrop of Hinemoa if anyone is wondering is in the Pohutu Cultural room of the Holiday Inn, Rotorua
