Phil was made from 4layers of red velvet cake and I used buttercream instead of cream cheese for the frosting. It was about 22 cm high
I was quite frustrated doing the black skirt because it was humid and black fondant became very sticky. Anyway, I was happy with the result. And the mother of the birthday girl told me that she was very excited about her cake.
