Chocolate Roses with Gold rims

I was taking two online cake decorating courses at once:) Intro to Modeling Chocolate and The Ultimate Rose on Craftsy.com I decided to use my modeling chocolate from one course to make the roses from the other. I absolutely love how they turned out:)

I used Nicholas Lodges class on Craftsy.com. I just used chocolate as my medium :)
